The Role

Konceptslab is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, website, and web app development services. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive agency environment. Candidates with prior experience in the GCC market, strong networks in the Kerala business ecosystem, and a global business outlook will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Kerala, GCC, and global markets.
  • Pitch and promote the company’s services — including Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding, Website & Web App Development.
  • Understand client requirements and provide consultative, customized business solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and trust.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and business forums.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Design, and Media) to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in selling digital marketing, branding, or web development services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, and client engagement.
  • Experience in business development or client servicing roles within an agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to the GCC market or experience working with clients in that region.
  • Established professional network within Kerala’s business ecosystem.
  • Background in marketing, communications, or business management.
