This role involves mid to high ticket deals and requires structured thinking and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers and understand business requirements
- Propose relevant technology solutions in collaboration with internal teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain and track sales pipeline through CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT or software sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and sell technical solutions at a business level
- High ownership and follow-up discipline
Good to Have:
- Experience with international clients
- Exposure to SaaS or custom development sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
