The Role
The Presales will manage the first layer of client engagement—qualifying leads, initiating conversations, understanding client requirements, and preparing them for the sales team

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Outreach: Make outbound calls to leads, qualify prospects based on the BANT framework, and maintain a high call volume with consistent follow-ups to move potential clients forward in the sales process.
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct initial discovery discussions to understand client needs related to branding, website development, app development, and marketing services, and document all requirements clearly for internal teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records by updating lead details, call notes, and status changes regularly while ensuring no leads are missed or left unattended.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings for the CRO and brief clients beforehand so they are prepared for the discussion and understand the purpose of the meeting
- Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead qualification standards, submit daily end-of-day activity reports, and review patterns in lead quality to refine outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion. development services.
- Understanding of digital services. engagement.
- High EQ and rapport-building.
- CRM proficiency.
- Fluency in English + Malayalam/Hindi.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in telesales or presales. - Experience in IT / digital services preferred.
